Accept our invitation to the legendary Na Spilce pub, located in the former fermentation cellars of the Pilsner Urquell brewery. In our kitchen, we cook with hearty ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and you can taste Pilsner Urquell beer at its best.

Our beer
Pilsner Urquell served straight from the tank!
In our pub we are all about quality! And where else to taste the best beer than right at the source? Our bartenders are true masters in the quality of their draught.
Now in our pub you can also taste the unique Pilsner Urquell unfiltered lager,
which is not usually available in pubs. Unfiltered beer is brewed in the same way as commercially sold beer, it just does not undergo filtration and pasteurisation at the end of the production process.
Our team at Na Spilce
This is Jakub, the Head Chef at Na Spilce.
Jakub grew up in the Šumava mountains, where he and his family run a bed and breakfast, so he had a close connection to gastronomy even as a young boy. Then he went to study archaeology at the University of Western Bohemia, but later he returned to making magic in the kitchen. And what does Jakub enjoy most in the kitchen?

Together with Jakub, Daniel is also the head of the kitchen. From the age of 15 he has been moving around the Pilsen and Prague restaurant scene. As soon as he graduated from university, he began devoting himself to gastronomy full-time. He always tried to find someone in
the kitchen from whom he could learn new things and thus improve his skills. Daniel has been loyal to Na Spilce since the very beginning, starting as a shift supervisor. Now he and Jakub are in charge of the kitchen!

Marek is our Head Bartender, whom you can meet at Na Spilce. He comes from a local Pilsen brewing family, so he was already running around in the brewery every day when he was a kid. He has worked in a pub environment all his life and as a result he is a real class act when tapping draught beer! And his favourite beer? Pilsner Urquell in the form of šnyt! (a special way of tapping to leave a large foamy head) So when are you coming to see Marek for a pint?
